Two weeks in and I actually look forward to my sessions now, which I never thought I'd say about Kegels. The rechargeable bit is handy since I just plug it in next to my nightstand, and the app feedback makes it obvious when I'm compensating with my abs instead of engaging properly.

I was skeptical about another gadget, but the rechargeable aspect sold me—no batteries to hunt for. The sessions sync with the app and I can actually see my progress improve week to week, which keeps me honest.

The app-guided sessions finally make me feel like I’m doing the exercises right, and the device itself is compact enough to use while watching TV. Three weeks in, I can already tell a difference during my morning runs.
